Our help can take many forms, we usually work with "would be business owners" who have an idea but sometimes don't know exactly how to get started. The problem with that is after hitting a brick wall enough times a lot of them just give up. Not because it's necessarily a bad idea but when you are setting up a business or company there is a process that should be followed to give yourself the best chance of realizing your dream.
If your website isn't bringing in new clients it's not an asset but is just costing you money each month. We are guessing here but that is probably not why you invested hundreds of dollars into having it be the face of your business. If it's not bringing in new clients or customers and no one see's it, what good is it. In this area we can change that for you.
Is a pretty straight forward problem for anyone who has done it before. However, for someone who hasn't it can be a nerve racking, hair pulling, frustrating insurmountable problem. However as long as you know how to do it, it's really not that difficult.
We use for the most part the pyramid model, we know who is going to be in charge of whatever. IE for one, social media, two-website optimization both on-site and off-site, three someone might be in charge of generating new clients or traffic for the business and so on.
Writing a business plan is crucial to what you are trying to do. I wrote one for a company who helps local business's generate traffic for their website's. Most small or local companies have a website designed to help their business to bring in new customers. Most of these websites just end up costing the business each month because no one ever see's them.
The last business plan I wrote ended up with 15 single-spaced printed pages and the plan from start to final draft took two days to write. The point I'm trying to make here is don't rush through this, believe me when I tell you that this step will save you a lot of time before you finish. Sit down with your computer, or tablet, I myself use three large white boards.

List all the criteria that you want your business to accomplish, the best way to do each task. Whether you have to hire someone or can do the same job with automation, that is the first thing I always check. If there is a piece of software that can do the same job that a human can do buy the software. It doesn't get sick or need health insurance, it's not going to ask for time off, and it won't ask for a raise.
On the second white board list everything that might become a problem. Now that problem could be setting up your website (for instance) generating traffic for your site. That's usually the big one for a website, but you will have a couple dozen others. Try to imagine everything that could possibly go wrong, then come up with at least one way to fix it. Two or three are better, because even if you don't think this will never happen chances are you're wrong.
And no matter how much thought you put into it there are problems you can't anticipate. And don't forget about when your business is up and running. You will have disgruntled customers, returns, bad reviews posted to social media, and who knows what else. And there is always something else.
